Studies have shown that a very important component to successful healthy transformation lies in the support and sharing provided by others going through the same process. I offer both online and in-person (live) group programs. This is perfect for you if you find motivation working with others and are also looking for a lower price point.

Arthritis Warrior Group Program

6-weeks $297

This 6-week program takes a 360 degree look at your lifestyle and pinpoints areas that can improve your energy and move your habits towards that healthy vibrant lifestyle you have been missing in your life. This is for busy people; people who think they don’t have time to get healthier but desperately want to feel better again.

You don’t have to feel sluggish, tired, moody, bloated and crabby all the time. We will do a personalized assessment (Your Healthy Lifestyle Wheel) at the beginning of the program and again at the end and you will not only see improvement, but you will walk away with an understanding of how to keep it going!

You will receive 6 weeks of accountability, motivation, and support in a group setting.

I have totally enjoyed this group and how everyone shared their foods, experiences, good and bad!
