Private Coaching
Choosing to work with me one-to-one in one of my private coaching programs is a commitment that could be one of the best self-care decisions you can make for yourself. It’s an active step toward breaking out of the emotional eating cycle that you have struggled with for so long.
I leverage my proven 4 Pillars framework in my one-to-one Food Empowerment coaching as this allows the approach to be truly customized. I can tailor the pace and the focus to YOU. This makes it much easier for you then to apply the tools and strategies to your real-life situations. Coaching that is customized and relevant to you means it truly can be life-changing and effective.
There are a variety of ways we can work together one-to-one, but it’s all going to start with a Discovery Call so we can determine if we’re a fit, if I can help, and how you want to work with me should you decide to move forward.
Strategy Session
This 90-minute private coaching and strategy session (via Zoom or in-person) is a way to dive deeper than we can in the Discovery Call. This is an opportunity to get some perspective and coaching on your situation and to create a high level action plan together.
During this session we will:
- Go over your intake form (which you will have completed in advance.) This form provides me an understanding of your health history, your health and wellness goals, and the challenges you are currently experiencing.
- Strive to gain clarity around the specific health challenges you are struggling with and that are preventing you from living and feeling your best.
- Identify how best to prioritize areas of focus as your next step and then create a high-level action plan to get you started.
This session will provide, at a minimum, a new perspective and thoughts around what your next action steps could be to begin to move you closer to the path of well-being that you crave.
3-Month Coaching Program
My three-month coaching program is a great place to start or to provide you support if you are a little further along in your journey to food empowerment. This is a fully customized program appropriate for someone who has already begun to work on breaking out of the cycle of emotional eating and yo-yo dieting or someone who has more specific food empowerment goals.
This program includes:
- Eight 60-minutes private coaching sessions focused on implementing small but transformational changes to your health and lifestyle.
- Email and text support in-between sessions as needed for answering questions, keeping you motivated, and helping you stay focused.
- Support with forming new habits and cultivating a healthy mindset to reach your goals.
We typically meet weekly for the first 4 weeks and then move to twice a month for the remaining sessions.
6-Month Coaching Program
Working with me in my six-month coaching program is absolutely the best choice if you are just starting on this journey of breaking the cycle of emotional eating and yo-yo dieting. During this time, we will work through a structured and personalized process to identify what is keeping you stuck in unhealthy patterns of emotional and/or binge eating and get you firmly on the path to Food Empowerment.
I’ll bring you through the 4 Pillars of Food Empowerment (Mindset, Biochemistry, Habit Loops, and Self-care) and work with you on how to make the mindset and behavioral shifts that will move you forward. Together, we’ll help you:
- Develop healthier eating patterns.
- Learn how to quiet the critical voice in your head so you can instead speak as kindly and compassionately to yourself as you would to a friend.
- Develop nourishing self-care routines.
- Bring your body into better balance.
- Cultivate a healthier mindset around food so you can stop viewing it as the enemy.
- Gain an understanding of how to apply proven tools and strategies to break the cycle for good.
This program includes:
- Sixteen 60-minutes coaching sessions focused on implementing small but transformational changes to your health and lifestyle.
- Email and text support in-between sessions as needed for answering questions, keeping you motivated, and helping you stay focused.
- Support with forming new habits and cultivating a healthy mindset to reach your goals.
- Typically, we meet weekly for the first eight weeks. Then we move to twice a month for the remaining sessions.
The goal of our work together over six months’ time is to break you out of the vicious cycle of emotional eating and yo-yo dieting and get you well on your way to true food empowerment.
